LG 66cm Widescreen, Line Flicker and Colour Concerns!!!!!
I was wondering how they compare with ViewSonic and BenQ (FP2091). I have read a number of somewhat contradictory reports. Most say that the Dell is a very good LCD for the price, but not so great with video (DVD playback and games). My concerns are, in order of importance:

Case: Compartment Depth: 2.8 in Compartment Height: 10.6 in Compartment Width: 15 in Laptop: 14.00 × 10.4 × 1.6-inches (W × D × H) That 10.6 to 10.4 concerns me a bit. Should it? It looks like the laptop is 1.2 in. thinner than the case is deep. That should make up for any closeness with the 10.6/10.4 ratio.

Health concerns with sitting close to large tv?
I have changed my user settings, I pumped up brightness all the way, turned down contrast and up'd the colour a little and turned down sharpness. It is a bit better but is still really dark. Also everything seems a little to red, ie people's skin. Is there anything I can do about the flicker and my colour concerns?

Hi
I recently saw a new Widescreen TV on display in a department store and the name on the front was "Louwe"? Has anyone heard of this company before or is it just one of the giants using One of the things that concerns me the most though, is how compatible the new integrated television sets are with VCRs?

In video, resolution concerns the maximum number of line pairs (or cycles) that can be resolved on the display screen. This is a subjective criterion! Resolution is related to perceived sharpness. Resolution is usually expressed in teerms of spatial frquency, whose units are cycles per picture width (C/PW)
